Certain products or service may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
While we would like to promise fast delivery, unfortunately, we can’t control any unexpected delays during the transit process. However, here is a little information for reference.
Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, delivery times are as below:
Lagos: 2-4 business days
Nationwide: 2-10 business days
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, when you place an order over a certain value which is noted on the shipping page.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, you will receive an email providing a tracking number and link once your order has been dispatched through FedEx. You can follow its journey right to your door.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Not Yet.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we are unable to allow public access to our studio.
I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER PLACING MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you did not receive an order confirmation email from us, it is usually because it has ended up in your email’s junk or spam folder. If you have checked and still cannot find our email, please contact us for assistance.
CAN MY PARCEL BE REDIRECTED?
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be able to sign for the package.
If in the case you would like your parcel to be left in a safe spot without a signature, please make a note of this in your delivery details when placing your order.
Please note: we do not take responsibility for orders left with a third party/without signature.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?
Your order cannot be changed if it has been processed or shipped. Call us on 08132651641 for assistance.
DO YOU ONLY STOCK ONLINE?
Yes, our stock list is only available online at this time.
IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN VIEW THE PIECES BEFORE I PURCHASE THEM ONLINE?
Unfortunately NO, we do not have a physical store.

PAYMENT
All products remain Davana Jewelry’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase.
All transfers conducted through Davana Jewelry are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and shipped via Redstar/FedEx.
Please take care when filling in your details, as we are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been shipped.

Lagos ONLY: Orders placed before 5pm (Mon – Fri) are delivered the next working day.

Note: Public Holidays and Weekends not included. Orders may take up to 2 working days to process during busier periods.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand shopping online can be tricky sometimes… that’s why we will happily exchange unworn items.
Davana Jewelry has a 24hrs return window which begins on the day the order is delivered.
- We will only exchange items if we have them in stock, otherwise, a store credit will be issued.
- Returns aren’t allowed for ‘change of mind’.
- Item(s) returned must be in the original packaging, (pouch and mailing bag) and undamaged.
- We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to us at Davana Jewelry
- Sorry, no refunds or exchanges on sale items.
- For returns on faulty items on arrival, you will be refunded in full if you choose not to exchange the item, minus all shipping charges. Damaged items after the refund window will be refunded partially if reported within 3-10 business days after delivery.
- Refunds on customized items after production has begun cannot be granted. This is because the item is undergoing processes that cannot be reversed.
- If there is a mistake in the production of an item (e.g wrong spelling), a replacement would be processed immediately, Unfortunately, no refund can be given.
- We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns and exchanges
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY DAVANA JEWELRY?
- We do require proof of purchase (order confirmation and order number)
- Send it back to us within 48hrs of the purchased date. Until an item is received at Davana Jewelry it is your responsibility.
- We will inspect the product on its return, and we reserve the right to refuse exchange should we evaluate the product to not be in the original condition.
- Once we have received your item, you will hear from us via email or DM.
- Please make sure the item you are returning is packaged correctly/safely.
